 What is the site all about ?
Philately and Expo 58
Since years I am trying to collect philatelic material about the Expo 58 World Fair. Currently, I am limiting myself to basically Belgian stamp items, since worldwide items would bring me too far.
However, since I know some collegues who I met through the Internet, I will aim to get their items on this website as well, to make it THE site about EXPO 58 in the Philatelic World.
PHILEXPO58.COM would than become the first website which will try to cover the numerous different items known on the internet, instead of printing a catalog which would be expensive for the creator and for the reader. And such a catalog would also never be up to date, since new items are popping up every day.
I personally do this since I am willing to bring my knowledge and experience to all my other philatelic friends. They would be as such be able to identify their collection as well as completing the contents of this website as well.
Be careful, I am not an expert in webdesigning, neither am I retired. So always be patient, since I still have my job, family and other obligations.
I am open for any suggestion.
