The Portugese authorities have issued a small booklet which includes all the information of the issued set of stamps. The booklet is both in English and Portugese.

Since the booklet has been signed of by Penha Garcia, the Commmissioner General of Portugal at the Universal and International Exposition in Brussels in 1958, this seems to be a booklet which has not been distributed in large quantities. At the same first page of the booklet, the first day cancellation can be found.

On the last page of the booklet, the full information about the stamps is provided as well as the FDC type (see next section)
