The Minister of Postal Services has offered some gifts to VIPs in an album. The album has been created especially for this, as you can see in the following  pictures. All stamps issued are present in the album, and each page has the name printed of the country of the stamp.

Needless to say that this album is hard to be found. It is also hard to known when the album has been issued since you have for instance stamps from Bulgaria. The Bulgarian stamp has been issued in October 1958.

The album exists in 2 different colours: red in French and Blue in Dutch. There is no information whether this album exists in German or English.
