Besides the normal postal offices, the Regie of Telephone & Telegraphie had offices which wre used for Express shipments. They were located near the postal offices. There were only three of them: 1, 2 and 3. The office 1 started his activities on 15 April 1958, whereas the others started two days later (17 April 1958). They all ceased their activities on 10 October 1958.

These cancellations are quite rare to be found and are mostly cancelled on request (see below scans).

The normal cancellation is the one as used on the first RTT office with the typical rectangle. The cancellation of the second scan is of the third RTT office. The differences between the two cancellations are quite drastic: (1) different corners and (2) no rectangle.
