Except the items which are known, document or referenced, you have also those special items, which can not be identified to Expo 58, nor be seen as genuine or fake, but still interesting to show.

The below shows the overprint of BRUSSEL 58 on German Stamps. This could be a proof of overprint, but no more information about it. Any help is welcome.
