Ministerial sheets of Atomium stamps.

The ministerial sheets or Minister proofs were only handed over to the minsters of the government and other political important persons and is limited to 60 sheets only.

They are embossed by the postal authority and are shown in chronological order of issue (first 2F and 4F followed by 2,5F and 5F):
