There is not very much information about this Exphisalm, except that it is a philatelic exposition which is organised many years (and still is ?) by the Salm Phila Club.

There is nothing that connects Exphisalm with Expo 58. I am open to get additional information about Exphisalm of 1958, so that I can try to connect it to Expo 58.
